1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wolfpack FZE website at wolfpackuae.com and any services you book or purchase through us. By accessing our website, contacting us via WhatsApp, or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Our Services

Wolfpack provides the following automotive services through its approved network:

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Ceramic Coating

  • Window Tinting

  • Automotive Painting & Body Repair

  • Minor and Major Car Service

  • Engine Repair

  • Gearbox Service

  • Suspension Service

  • Brake Service

  • AC Repair and Service

  • Upholstery Repair

  • GCC Conversion

  • Car Parts Finder

All physical work is carried out by Wolfpack-approved specialist workshops. Wolfpack manages the full process — booking, collection, workshop allocation, quality inspection and delivery.

4. Bookings & Quotes

4.1 All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by a Wolfpack service manager.

4.2 A written quote will be provided via WhatsApp before any work begins. This quote is binding — no additional work will be carried out without your explicit approval.

4.3 Wolfpack reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion, in which case any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

4.4 Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4.5 Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if, upon inspection, the scope of work is found to differ from what was described at the time of booking. You will always be informed and asked to approve before any additional work proceeds.

5. Collection & Delivery

5.1 Wolfpack arranges vehicle collection and delivery across Abu Dhabi through a trusted third-party logistics partner.

5.2 A transport fee applies for collection and delivery. The exact fee is confirmed by your service manager at the time of booking based on your location.

5.3 The transport fee is always confirmed upfront before collection is arranged. No fee will be charged without your prior agreement.

5.4 You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed collection time. If collection cannot proceed due to circumstances on your side, a rebooking fee may apply.

5.5 Wolfpack is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.6 You must ensure the vehicle is in a condition that allows safe transportation. Wolfpack and its logistics partner reserve the right to decline collection of a vehicle deemed unsafe to transport.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 For most services, payment is due on completion after your vehicle has been quality-checked and is ready for delivery.

6.2 For jobs with a total value exceeding 10,000 AED, a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking and cover specialist parts procurement. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

6.3 We accept cash and bank transfer. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) is available on eligible services split across 4 equal interest-free monthly payments. BNPL must be agreed and set up before the job starts.

6.4 All prices are quoted and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

6.5 Wolfpack issues a written record of all agreed charges. No undisclosed fees will be added after a quote has been accepted.

6.6 Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel a confirmed booking with less than 48 hours notice, or if work has already commenced.

7. Warranty

7.1 Wolfpack provides a warranty on all services carried out through its approved network. Specific warranty periods vary by service type and will be confirmed at the time of delivery.

7.2 The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions.

7.3 The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence or accidents after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions provided at handover

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of booking

7.4 To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp or email within the warranty period with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess and respond within 5 working days.

7.5 Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Wolfpack will arrange repair or re-service at no additional cost to you.

8. Vehicle Condition & Liability

8.1 You must disclose any known pre-existing damage, faults or conditions on your vehicle at the time of booking. Wolfpack is not liable for issues relating to pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed.

8.2 Wolfpack and its approved workshops take reasonable care of your vehicle at all times. In the unlikely event that damage occurs while in our custody, we will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

8.3 Wolfpack's liability for any damage to your vehicle while in our custody is limited to the cost of repair of the specific damage caused, up to a maximum of the value of the service booked.

8.4 Wolfpack is not liable for:

  • Personal items left in the vehicle

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to the service performed

  • Indirect or consequential losses

8.5 You are advised to remove all personal valuables from your vehicle before collection. Wolfpack accepts no responsibility for personal items left in the vehicle.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

9.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking with no charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled collection time.

9.2 Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or where work has already commenced, may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

9.3 If Wolfpack needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.

9.4 If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond Wolfpack's control (e.g. parts unavailability), you will be notified and offered a full refund of any deposit paid or an alternative solution.

10. Consumer Rights

In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulation under Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, you have the right to:

  • Receive services that meet the agreed specification and quality standard

  • Receive a clear, written quote before work begins

  • Be informed of any changes to scope or pricing before they are carried out

  • Receive a warranty on services performed

  • Raise a complaint and receive a response within a reasonable timeframe

  • Seek recourse through the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) or relevant UAE consumer protection authorities if your rights are not upheld

11. Website Use

11.1 The content on wolfpackuae.com is provided for general information purposes. Wolfpack makes reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy at all times.

11.2 Wolfpack owns or licenses all content on this website including text, images, logos and design. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

11.3 You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

11.4 Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Wolfpack is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

12. WhatsApp Communications

12.1 By contacting Wolfpack via WhatsApp, you consent to receiving service-related communications through that channel.

12.2 WhatsApp communications form part of the service agreement and written quotes provided via WhatsApp are binding in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on E-Commerce.

12.3 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by notifying your service manager.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Abu Dhabi.

13.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties.

13.3 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi or the relevant consumer protection authority.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Wolfpack reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
