  • IT and platform providers including Wix.com (our website platform) which may process data as part of hosting and analytics services.

  • Legal authorities where required by UAE law or a valid legal request.

All third parties we work with are required to handle your data in line with applicable data protection law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Customer records kept for a minimum of 5 years in line with UAE commercial law requirements

  • Enquiry data  retained for 12 months if no service was booked

  • Marketing preferences until you withdraw consent

  • Legal and financial records as required by UAE law

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

In line with Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025 on Child Digital Safety, if we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it immediately.
